EVA Air, Taiwan’s leading independent airline, has ranked 9th among the world’s safest airlines for 2020, based on analyses by the Jet Airliner Crash Data Evaluation Centre (JACDEC). The latest ranking and assessments were released in the February 2020 edition of Germany’s “AERO International Magazine” on January 14. This honour followed EVA’s recent recognition as 3rd in AirlineRatings.com’s 2020 World’s Top-20 Safest Airlines.
